The Mississauga Humane Society has the answer. They have dozens of kittens and are holding an adoptathon at PetSmart, southeast corner of Mavis and Britannia Rds. on Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
This is a great chance to meet the felines and speak with volunteers who foster them in their homes. It's the first time the group has been at this PetSmart location and they're hoping for a large turnout so the kittens can find permanent homes.
Look online at www.miss.petfinder.com to see some of the foster kittens.
The MHS is an all-volunteer group that operates without a shelter and government funding. Rescued cats and dogs live in volunteer foster homes until they are adopted.
