Young scullers make solid debut

August 25, 2008 10:21 AM - On Saturday, the Don Rowing Club hosted the 29th annual Tops and Bottoms Regatta, a recreational competition for the very young and master athletes.
More than 100 rowers from six different clubs participated in the 750 metre races on the Credit River.
Two very new Don Rowing Club scullers, 13 year-old twins Reece and Nathan Pillinger, fought their way down the course to place second to Adam Lambert and James Lindsay from the Silver Lake Rowing Club from Port Dover.
The twins have who have been rowing for only two weeks at the summer camp program.
