But instead of his music, it's his voice he's bringing to the airwaves.
Wilson, who fronts local rock band, SFD, is broadcasting live on Monday evenings as host of The Toronto Rock Radio Show on internet station K94 Rocks.
The show airs from 8-11 p.m. with a focus on the latest mainstream and independent rock, alternative and metal music from around the world, with a special emphasis on the Toronto area and Canadian artists.
Wilson has some background in radio, twice co-hosting the Johnny Legend Morning Show on Markham’s CHEV Radio in the past 12 months.
He's already interviewed Toronto’s littleSUNDAY.
