More than 200 police officers from across Ontario will be in Meadowvale next week for the Police Association of Ontario's 76th annual general meeting.
The PAO, which represents more than 32,000 front-line police personnel in the province, is holding the meeting Aug. 11-14 at Delta Meadowvale Resort and Conference Centre.
One of the key issues to be discussed is how to ensure Ontario communities remain safe, said PAO chief administrative officer Ron Middel.
