Local bands make the SCENE

 

Keepin' 6 is on the bill at Sunday's SCENE music festival in St. Catharines

June 27, 2008 08:25 PM - The line-up for this weekend's SCENE Music Festival has been announced and a few bands from Mississauga have made the cut.
Local boys illScarlett, who have previously performed at the festival, are back for another go-round. Another band from Mississauga, Keepin' 6, will also perform at the festival.
The festival, entering its 13th year, takes place Sunday, June 29 in St. Catharines. Over 150 bands are expected to perform on 16 stages during the all-ages festival.
Other bands given a slot at this year's edition of the festival include Cancer Bats, Teenage Head, the Black Lungs, The Creepshow, Hunter Valentine, Ubiquitous Synergy Seeker, The Most Serene Republic, The Junction and Royal Wood, among others.
Tickets cost $25 and can be purchased through Ticketmaster.
